Shipping Policy

Once your purchase is confirmed, we will begin to prepare your order and it will be shipped within a maximum of 10 business days. Shipments are made from Coquimbo exclusively through Starken (payable)Correos de Chile (paid) and delivery in the cities of Coquimbo and La Serena (fixed cost of $3,000).

The packages are delivered to the loading center by Starken Pro, Correos de Chile and/or by an external logistics company, who collect them from our store at least once a week (usually on Thursdays) and take between 24 to 48 hours to leave them at the corresponding branch so that the pre-issued packaging can be entered and accepted. Tracking numbers will be sent by email once we receive confirmation of arrival from Starken and Correos de Chile.

If your order must be sent to a branch, at the time of checkout, please indicate in the "address" box the name of the operating branch and the address where it is located. If you do not know this information, you can find it using the Starken or Correos de Chile branch search engines. Remember that the data entered must be exclusively those of the person who will receive the package and/or make its withdrawal.

Our store is not located in Santiago, and therefore, we do not make in-person deliveries. We do not send more of two photocards by registered letter because the materials used for their proper packaging (bubble paper, toploaders and cardboard) are not allowed for that format. Please, we ask for your understanding.

Shipping costs changes depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. Remember that although we are in charge of getting the products to the courier, we do not work there, therefore, we cannot give you an exact value for the costs of dispatching orders sent to pay. To find out approximate shipping values, you can access the "cotizador" tool available on the Starken website. The store has a 10% discount on all shipments made through Starken and Correos de Chile.


In case of loss or misplacement of the package, we will be in charge of helping you manage the corresponding claims and/or returns to the extent possible. Each company has its own compensation policy for loss with an average resolution delay of 90 business days to make, if they deem it appropriate, the return of the declared value for the lost product. If the loss of the products is due to the fact that the person who made the purchase did not pick up the package within the deadlines established by the shipping companies, Cake Pop Undertaking Spa will not be responsible and the compensation and/or return procedures will be exclusive responsibility of the client.
