Are Cake Pop products 100% original and new?

Of course! All our products have been imported directly from Korea and/or Japan, and have been purchased only through official suppliers. We do not work with copies or replicas of any kind.

All published products are new and sealed, unless the description indicates otherwise (second selection products).

Do you sell products only with immediate delivery or can I make a custom order?

Purchases at Cake Pop have two modalities: immediate delivery and on demand .

The immediate delivery products are already in Chile, therefore, the prices published in the feed and/or on the website already include the cost of customs and shipping to the country, but do not consider the value of shipping to your home.

On the other hand, made-to-order or personalized purchases are special orders for albums and/or merch that are not found in our catalog but that we can search, quote and import to Chile exclusively for you. Custom orders are sent to a Korean and/or Japanese mailbox, so customs or shipping values to Chile have not yet been accounted for in the value. These are delivered later via email when the products are already in the country.

What are the payment methods available?

You can make your payment by bank transfer or using your debit or credit cards through the webpay, khipu, onepay, mach or servipag platforms.

If you buy using a credit card, remember that the costs and charges associated with its use, as well as the amount of each installment, will depend on the conditions you agreed upon with your issuing bank.

Where do you ship from? How long will it take to get my order?

Shipments are made from the commune of Coquimbo. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the commune associated with the order.

Do you only deliver to your home? Can I order my shipment from a Starken or Correos de Chile branch?

We deliver to your home and to operating branches, of course you can ask us to send your purchase to a branch!

If your order must be sent to a branch, please do not forget to indicate in the "address" box the name of the operational branch and the address where it is located or we will not be able to send your package. correct way. How do I apply my discount code? Are these cumulative?

Discount codes are applied at the final checkout step. When you enter the code, it will automatically be deducted from your order total.

At Cake Pop we love details and it is for this reason that in addition to requesting special packaging, you can also ask us to add a note or greeting message.
